To register for the show, please fill out the following form. You must submit both the Entry Form and this Summary sheet, along with a check for the total fees (or pay via PayPal). Your entry will be considered official only after these forms have been received by the entry clerk. (Links are provided below if you prefer printed application forms.)
As you know, this is a "Bring You Own Cage Show." Entry fees are based on full sized (48") benching spaces only. In order to simplify entries, prices will be fixed and Grooming Spaces will be included as follows:
1 cat in a 24" cage includes a free 24" Grooming Space;
2 cats in a double (44") cage includes a free 44" grooming space; etc.
FEES:
Early Bird Special: Enter before December 10, 2016 and get a $5.00 discount for each entry!
(EB fees must be paid withing 5 working days.)
